- Your purchase is final and nonrefundable if we have begun preparing your flowers.
- No product may be returned or refunded, except for damaged products.
- If we have not begun preparing your flowers, your purchase may be refundable at BLF's discretion.
- You may email info@bonitalefleur.com to request an order cancellation within 48 hours before pick up or delivery.
Event Services
Fees & Retainer.
- Client shall reserve the date of floral services by signing and returning this agreement along with a non-refundable and non-transferable reservation retainer equal to $500.00 ("Retainer"). No date or floral pieces are reserved until the agreement is signed and a retainer is received. a second payment of 50% of the remaining balance is due 90 days before the wedding or event date.
- The full balance due for the floral services must be paid 21 days before the wedding or event date.
- any invoice not paid in full within 5 days of receipt, will be charged a $75.00 late fee.
BLF reserves the right to adjust its pricing due to increased prices for the wholesale cost of goods or supplies of wholesale flowers, greenery, vases, twine, etc.
BLF shall not raise its pricing for any other factor other than to account for the increased cost of goods or supplies.
BLS Style & Discretion.
- The client understands and agrees that they are booking a florist based on its floral style.
- Every reasonable effort will be made to arrange floral pieces to the client's liking, but no floral arrangement can be promised due to the unique nature of flowers.
- BLF will use its professional judgment and sole discretion to select which floral pieces to display.
- The client will hold BLF harmless if some floral pieces ordered are not to the standard and quality of BLF and end up not being used at the event
Vases & Aditional Items
- All vases, containers, liners, arches, lighting, etc, used for the client's wedding or event by BLF, belong to BLF, unless stated otherwise in this arrangement.
- The client is responsible for returning all rented items to BLF within 7 days following the wedding event, in the event that rental items are missing or damaged, BLF will contact the client with the damage amount due and invoice as necessary.
- If client provides its own vases or containers for wedding event, client understands and agrees that it shall give this to BLF in its shop no less than 5 days prior to the wedding event.
- All containers should be delivered to the shop in the condition the client would like them used (clean, polished, free of tags and debris).
- Client is responsable for making sure all containers they are supplying are water tight and provide extra liners to protect containers if needed.
- BLF is not responsible for flowers staying hydrated in containers that are not watertight.
Inclement Weather.
- Client agrees to indemnify and hold BLF harmless from any damage to florals or issues related to floral arrangements in outdoor inclement weather conditions.
